Fit & Fabulous is an all-in-one professional medical weight loss application to track meals, design grocery lists, communicate with our medical provider, track progress and measurements. The Fit & Fabulous app will sink with our medical providers’ portal so that your daily progress is monitored and adjusted to personalize your weight loss experience. Nutritionist designed diets with interchangeable food choices, video workouts and personalized coaching with Fit & Fabulous’ all in one app. The app will sync your wearable devices such as Garmin, Fitbit and Apple watch to assist in calorie and activity monitoring.

You can access the Apple Health Kit using Sci-FitNutrition technology and turn on the ability to sync with your app, track steps and calorie counting! Easily sync your profile on the app with your wearable device and the technology will do the rest! To enable Apple Health syncing, log into your profile, go to Settings >Optional> and activate “Enable Apple Watch Sync.”
